"Ladies and gentlemen, this has to come off like clockwork." I say. We are at a planning meeting consisting of Al, Chin and myself, and Rufus and the Governor.
"With Rufus' help, we have picked three targets where we can make 'guest appearances' and get a lot of exposure. Rufus, I will let you describe those locations."
"Thank you. The first location is a high profile monument in the capital of Concordia. Concordia is the strongest nation on this world, and a main member of the xenophobe faction. If Kull shows up at that monument, it will demonstrate that 'strong national will' is not enough to stop him.
"The second location is the most sacred building of the Gontal religion. This is on the other side of the world, both in physical location and in culture. Showing up there will wake up another large chunk of the world that this is their problem, too, not something remote from them.
"The third location is another well known memorial, far away from the other two. It's ancient, well thought of, and a popular tourist destination. If Kull shows up there, lots more people will know about it."
"Thanks Sean. The key point is that 'Kull' has to show up at all three locations -- the same Kull. All the suits are being refurbished, and all will be detailed to look like my suit. We are going to smuggle you and your suits out to these locations. You make an appearance at the right time, down to the minute, then you disappear. You have to disappear after you make the appearance so there is no overlap. Then, you'll get smuggled back here to the capital. While you are on stage you'll play a canned speech. It will run thirty seconds to a minute. Play as much as you can, but it's more important to disappear on time than get the full speech played.
"Finally, this is a talking appearance, not Theater of Terror. Don't shoot things up, and most important, don't take hits yourself. If you get your suit marred, someone may wise up when they compare videos.
"Any questions?"
"It's a pretty plan, Franky. No questions here." says Al.
"OK, lets make it happen. Chin, you get first appearance at the Ancient Monument. Al you appear next at the Gontal site, and I'll do the finale at the Concordia Monument."
