When class ended Alana was waiting outside. Through the rush of students she asked, "Soo Young, do you have a moment for a meeting?"
She did and they headed for the office. Alana started right in.
"Mr. Thorne says things are going well. Would you agree?"
Soo Young nodded, "He is handling the class very well."
"What do you think of him?"
Soo Young thought a moment, then answered, "I'm both impressed and comfortable with him."
Alana smiled at that, "Good. If you're comfortable with him, it's time to start planning the coven."
"I... I... I hadn't been giving that part any thought," admitted Soo Young.
Alana smiled, "Not surprising. You've had a lot on your mind, I'm sure. But now it's time to be thinking about it. You and the class need to start organizing. That new module up on the hill is being built for you."
"Where do I start?"
"I'll have Raven Lee come to class tomorrow to give a presentation to you and the girls. And, we veterans have put together a handbook." She gave a binder to Soo Young, "Start working through that. You can ask me, Raven Lee or Glenda for help. We all want you and the girls to have a smooth start and a big success."
