The entrance had a big, sturdy, locked door, for which I had the combination. Behind the door was a short, high passage leading to some kind of big, big cave. We couldn't tell much more than that because the flashlights we brought weren't strong enough to light the far wall. I, of course, knew a lot about what was in here, but I wasn't letting on. A few feet from the cave entrance, we saw water. It was still, and there was lots of it -- some kind of underground lake.
"We should camp here for tonight. Oh, and don't pee or throw trash in the lake." I said.
All the girls had read Lord of the Rings, so after I said that, they all wanted to have their sleeping bag next to the wall, far from the quiet, mysterious lake in the mysterious, huge cavern.
We would stay in the cave mostly because it was warm, it was going to be another cold night outside, but we went outside for dinner and rest. The stars were incredible that night. You felt like you could just reach up and scrape away a bunch. And there were so many! The Milky Way was a bright band across the sky, not some barely recognizable slightly lighter haze. We saw meteorites, too, and the girls all "oow'd" and "aaagh'd" at those. All-in-all, a most pleasant ending to a long and difficult journey. I grabbed the nearest warm body -- a girl, fortunately, not some curious bear or wolf, it was Melene -- and gave her a hug. She cuddled into me, so I kissed her. She liked that, too.
Young-Gai sat down on the other side of me. "Thank you for being my hero." she said. Ummm, that sounded nice.
"My pleasure, ma'am." I said in my best imitation of a cowboy hero, and I gave her a hug. She cuddled into me, too, so I kissed her.... Wow! I didn't know Asian girls could do that! I'd been frenched in a most pleasing way, and not just frenched, her hand slipped between my legs at the same time... and there it was joined by Melene's! She was working my neck with her lips, too. Ummm, that sure felt nice! Slowly, reluctantly, we came up for air. I was panting a bit.
"Nice meteors tonight." I said, "I'm seeing a lot of flashes." We all laughed.
Some time after that, we all adjourned to the cave for some well-earned sleep and night bonding.

The next morning I was wakened by the sound of girl voices saying, "Ooow!" and "Aaah!" When I open my eyes, it was light, even though we were inside a cave! And that was only the beginning of the wonder! The cave was one hell of a cave! It was at least three stories tall, and looked to be the size of a city block. The light was coming from large holes in the ceiling, and the ceiling was held up with regularly spaced huge columns. The place looked for all the world like a dwarf city in a fantasy movie.
As the light got better, we could see that about half the cave floor was covered with water: an underground lake of some sort. The other half was level ground. The whole cave was clearly artificial. Next to the lake, not far from us, was a canoe. On ground that sat near the center of the cave, and under one of the two light-giving ceiling holes, was a collection of what appeared to be large square crates -- three of them, covered with tarps.
"I suggest breakfast before we explore." I said. We went outside for that, even though it was cold -- I wanted to keep the cave clean.
"What are we looking at?" asked Melene.
"This was a marble quarry." I said, "The miners were after fine-looking rock -- something they had to see -- so working in a well-lit, airy environment made their job a lot easier. It is now an impressive sight, don't you agree?" In the morning light we could now see that the entrance to this mine was leveled, probably using mine tailings. The entrance field was, however, getting overgrown again by local vegetation. The mine had not been worked for many years.
"What is the lake for?" asked Suzanne.
"It's not 'for' anything. It's flooding. It grew after the miners turned off their pumps and left. Water comes into the cave from springs below and cracks overhead. There's an outlet down the way from the entrance a bit. The water is clear and pure. We can drink from it. That's why I didn't want you peeing or throwing trash in it last night."

Before I continue this story, let me explain the method to my madness:
There are three pillars to playing the role of Alpha Male to one woman, or many. The one I have told you most about is Dominance. That's because it's the simplest, most instinctual, and the most fun to listen to stories about.
Another pillar is Teaching -- to win a woman's heart, a man must also teach her. Teaching impresses her directly, and it signals her instincts that he will be good with children -- being good with kids lights a hot, long-lived fire in most young women... once their self image of motherhood wakes up. While we had been on this adventure, I made sure the girls kept up on their studies. This was in many ways an ideal home schooling situation, and I took full advantage. I taught what the girls would need to know for their finals that year, and did a really good job at it. I impressed not only the girls, but Melene and Suzanne as well.
The final pillar is Providing -- this is the most widely recognized part of being Alpha Male -- we all know about the Sugar Daddy Effect. Dominate, Teach and Provide: do those to a young woman and she is yours for as long as you want her, and probably a good bit longer.
I have talked in detail about the Dominating, and explained that I have been teaching these ladies daily. Now it was time to get serious about displaying my Providing Pillar, and that was what would happen over the next couple of weeks.

After breakfast we went back in, and the girls continued their exploration.
It was Beth who finally pointed again at the three crates in the center and said, "What are those?"
"Perhaps we should find out, now." I responded, "We can take the canoe."
The canoe could take four at a time, so it took three trips to get us over.
Under the tarps were prefab building materials.
"This is some sort of house kit." said Melene.
"Quite right. This is our new home away from home." I said.
"And... we... are going to build it?" said Young-Gai. I simply nodded.
"I... we... I have never built a house!" she looked around, and the other girls who had been students nodded affirmatively. Melene and Suzanne looked more impressed than dismayed.
"Well... guess what. We have instructions and plenty of time." I said. And, I meant it. This was a prefab house, so the girls were going to have to learn basic screw driving skills, everything beyond that they should be able to learn by reading, or know already. But, building this would be another bonding challenge. And... I provided it.
What I provided them with was not simple, crude or basic. When they finished it would be really nice and quite plush. It would be nice and plush, and they will have built it themselves. It will be unbeatable for bonding and self-satisfaction. When this house is finished, I will have done all I can do to build these ladies into a bonded team with me as their Alpha Male. When the house is finished, we will have the Big Test of my theory. We will find out if this group can survive the Wait Test.
